Brookside Dental accepts payment via cash, credit, Sunbit, and our in-house membership plan.
Membership Benefits Program
No insurance? No problem!
We have plans starting at $20 per month, and you receive annual x-rays, one exam, and two preventive dental cleanings.
We also include a 10% discount on all additional treatments.
The initial visit cost is dependent on appointment type and can range from $90-$180 and includes:
- Dental x-rays
- An oral examination
- Professional teeth cleaning if you are free from periodontal disease
Plans for Patients with Gum Disease
If you have active gum disease, we will provide you with a detailed assessment and create a custom plan for treatment (typically ranging from $400–$1000). After your initial treatment, we will likely recommend visits every 3–4 months. The pre-pay monthly fee for patients undergoing treatment for gum disease ranges between $40–$50 per month.
How Our Pre-Pay Program Works
Charges are billed monthly to a credit card. The charges build up in advance of your appointment, so you have enough credit to cover the visit by the time you come in.
Any credits built up are available for a full refund at any time. It's still your money; we are just holding on to it until your visit! We also believe this helps patients feel more at ease with the cost, and it encourages you to keep your appointments.
At Brookside Dental, we have been providing this service to our cash patients for over 20 years and find that those who participate are far more likely to keep up on their regular preventive visits.
There are no terms, contracts, or restrictions.

Our In-House Membership Plans
The Standard Plan
You receive yearly x-rays, one routine exam, and two preventive dental cleanings for the low cost of $15 per month. A 10% discount is also included, which patients can use on any treatments of their choosing.
The initial dental visit is $75 and includes dental x-rays, one exam, and two professional teeth cleanings.
The Plan for Patients with Gum Disease
Patients with active gum disease will receive a detailed evaluation of their oral health status and a customized treatment plan. After your initial treatment, we may recommend routine visits every few months to manage your gum disease.
The monthly fee for patients receiving gum disease treatment ranges between $30–$40.
How Our Membership Benefits Program Works
We charge your credit card monthly, which accumulates before your dental appointment. By the time you visit us, you’ll have enough credit to cover the visit.
Credits are fully refundable at any time, and there are no restrictions, contracts, or terms.

At Brookside Dental, we value our patient's time and back this policy with an on-time guarantee. We offer patients a $50 credit towards their treatment if they wait for more than 15 minutes for their scheduled appointment.
We also ask that you please arrive for your dental appointment on time. If you are behind or running late to your dental appointment, please let us know so we can appropriately prepare for your arrival.
